We have the ability to implement different logic for controlling various industrial processes whose variable is the pH
- Integration control for the addition of sulfuric acid in selective flotation.
The solution is to integrate the measurement of pH using two Memosens sensors, Endress + Hauser, technology that converts the measured signal into a digital signal that is transmitted by induction to the transmitter and with this technology eliminate problems with moisture and corrosion . Signals that are received by an Allen-Bradley PLC Family CompactLogix which executes PID control due to the process variable “pH” and the setpoint desired to maintain, thereby controlling the addition of acid by manipulating the acid metering pump.
Control enables more efficient dosing of acid and get better control over the pH variable, essential for the selective flotation of copper-molybdenum.
- Control integration for adding calcium oxide “CAL” in collective flotation.
Just as in the control integration for the addition of sulfuric acid of pH measurement using a sensor Memosens Endress + Hauser in cells collective flotation of copper and molybdenum is integrated. Signals that are received by an Allen-Bradley PLC family CompactLogix which runs the PID control due to the process variable “pH” and desired to maintain setpoint, thus controlling the addition of Cal by manipulating a pinch valve.
Dosing control allows more efficient Cal and get better control over the pH variable, essential for flotation.
